https://www.bible.com/1/gen.2.11-12.kjv What am I thankful for today? I am thankful for God’s provisions. Money is something that is needed today. God has provided me with a job and I make enough money to provide for my family. My prayer is that I can honor God better with what He provides me.
Now you may think that I am not being spiritual to be thankful for money. Let me explain what my God has done for me in the past. There has been times when I didn’t have the money to pay for a repair of something that broke down. I didn’t have any money to spare at all when my daughter was a baby but God saw me through. EVERY TIME! There has been times when I have received extra money out of the blue. That provided for me in a time that I needed it! There has been other times when some bill was much less than expected. That is another way God provided for me and my family. There has been times when God didn’t do either BUT do you know what? We made it anyway! When my daughter was a baby we struggled because we didn’t have much money. It was very tough but I appreciated every thing that we got! We did not go a day without eating and I know there are people on the planet that can’t say that. I am very thankful for God’s provisions. My job is a blessing and I ask that God helps me to honor Him with what He gives me. At my job and with the money that is provided through my job.
